For those individuals having suffered permanent injury as a result of a motor vehicle accident the future cost of care assists in identifying their current and long-term needs and outlines associated costs. Integral to the future cost of care is a review of the client's medical records, clinical interview with the client and family, consultation with medical and rehabilitation providers and an analysis of the client's needs for the future.  Where appropriate an updated functional assessment is completed to ensure that the report reflects the current needs of the client in the home and community.
