Occupational Therapy Services include in hospital pre-discharge assessments and reports and assist with discharge planning, the completion of In-Home Occupational Therapy Assessments, Assessments of Attendance Care Needs (Form 1), in addition to the completion of OCF 3’s, mobility assessments (ADP authorizers), ergonomic assessments and situational assessments. We are certified in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), the Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS) and the Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP). We provide treatment to our clients, arrange for equipment needs, provide cognitive retraining and refer them to specialists as needed.
